Located in the Hawkesbury, our farm is the proud source of all of our herbs. Grown and handpicked from designated glasshouses, our dedicated team of specialists maintain only the high quality of herbs. By growing our entire collection of products on the grounds of our very own farm, you know you are getting genuine quality herbs grown under expert care.
Taking an old school approach, we stay clear of the modern automated technology on our farm. Instead, we like to feed fertiliser to the plants ourselves manually. This way, we can keep track and know exactly what and how much everything is getting.
As evident in our methods, we pride ourselves in offering genuine and quality herbs. This can be reflected through the entirety of our production process and quality assurance which undergo a strict Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) System each year.
Passing the HACCP assessment proves we have successfully completed surveillance audits that guarantee we are meeting the highest of industry standards in receiving, processing, storing and distributing fresh herbs and flowers.
To further showcase the stringent processes we enforce, we hold tours of our farm organised exclusively by our providores. On tour, you will be able to meet the friendly faces behind the herbs you love, explore the glasshouses and witness our collection of micro herbs, Zucchini flower and edible flowers.
By spending time on the farm, this is a fantastic way for chefs to observe and get familiarised with the source of their ingredients. Please note, due to their exclusive nature; farm tours are strictly organised and booked through our supplied providores. These tours generally run from May through to October but can be requested outside of these months.
